WOW!! We cannot thank everyone enough, Wednesday we raised over $400 for Fanshawe College's accessibility and counseling services for Bell Lets Talk 2026!

You are NOT ALONE, mental health affects everyone
Depression and mental health is a real problem, and everyone who is going through it goes through it differently, some people wear it form of obesity, some in the form of addiction, some in isolation and silence. Some in the form of a smile you never know what someone is going thru. Call that friend or family member even if it's just to say hi, and don't forget HUGS are always free! 🫂

In the spirit of the holidays we are hosting a Toy Drive in B cafe starting December 1-12 there is a box located beside our beautiful holiday tree. On December 11 join us for a Holiday Dinner to remember with all the fixings and when you bring a Toy Donation you will receive $2.00 off your Holiday Dinner!

Got lunch plans today? The answer is yes.

You will be heading for Forwell Hall at 11 a.m. (or as soon as possible after that) for Fanshawe's Chili Cook-off for United Way. This will be the best lunch deal on campus all week, for a minimum $10 donation get: three cups of chili (one from each competitor), a bun, a bottle of water and a cookie.

Cast your vote by 12:30 p.m. as our winner will be announced at 12:45 p.m.
