I hope everyone had a beautiful Mother's Day🌸

I've always wanted to try Sakura, Japanese cherry blossoms, and of course thought ice cream would be a natural vehicle. I kept this base very simple without any egg, salt, or flavourings so the blossom could shine. It's naturally a little salty, with a slight nutty/almond flavour and subtle floral notes of rose. It was a nice little treat for the day!

Wow, long time no see! Just want to pop on and say hello! I hope everyone had a beautiful Easter and has been doing well these past two years!

I have had a crazy two years to say the least. I started working as a graphic designer the week after we closed business in April 2024. I was then diagnosed with ALL Leukemia in January 2025… very hard to communicate all that that encompasses! It has been the most difficult and terrifying time of my life, but I'm really happy to say that today I am cancer free and doing well! Recovery is still many years to go, but I am back to work and thriving!

Ben and I also got married this past July ❤️

I had to share what I made for family Easter this year! I made a big beautiful carrot cake with crushed pineapple, raisins, toasted walnuts and 's glorious carrot caramel — such a treat. I also made lemon orange olive oil squares, mini egg s'mores cornflake squares, and creme egg brownies!

I'm not doing any orders (yet anyways 😏) but my passion for art, baking, ice cream and life could not be stronger! I want to share creations here, and I've had a lot on my mind about how to connect with you all again someday — so stay tuned!

I am so grateful for the time we all shared with Jülide's Specialty Ice Cream and I don't plan on letting that go!

I will never have enough words to express how lucky I've been to treat and serve you all for the past 5 years. The turnout this Saturday was out of this world, not one pint or scoop is left. You made us feel so special, as you always have. The community that has surrounded us is truly golden and I will always find a way to stay connected to you all. I know we met you as Market vendors but really it was me and my family putting out a piece of our hearts every weekend, which you accepted with open arms and gave your love and support to. This has been the privilege of my life, and the coolest thing I've ever done. In one form or another, in due time, we will see each other again. And I will share my love and passion for ice cream and treats, and rejoice in your company. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

As many of you may already know the market will be closed Easter Sunday, and next weekend (April 6-7) for electrical renovations. Drastic changes are coming to our business as well and after this Saturday we will be closed indefinitely. Because of this we will be open this Saturday from 8AM-3PM. Pre-ordering and delivery from our website will be closed, and all ice cream will be sold this Saturday on a first come first serve basis. We are excited to see you and can't express enough how grateful we are for your patronage and support.

Every so often the stars align and we find ourselves charmed with luck, which happens to be exactly where we are. This year Easter is at the end of March meaning we have all of your absolute favourites all in one month. Get ready friends 🍀🌈🐰🐣✨💫💗

Our FOUR feature flavours are:

CHOCOLATE MILK MINI EGG "Eggies n' Cream" (dairy) - This flavour is our "it" flavour every year. Instead of whole milk we use chocolate milk in our base and swirl in heaps of mini eggs and Oreos. Highly addictive and coveted!!!

LUCKY CHARMS "Get Lucky" (dairy) - A ride or die flavour for many of you, we carefully separate lucky charms marshmallows and cereal, creating a cereal milk base scattered with tons of marshmallowy charms.

CREME EGG "It's No Yolk" (vegan) - Handmade fondant and hand cut chocolate shards in a creamy vanilla custard base. Need I say more?

CARROT CAKE "What's Up, Doc?" (vegan) - Carrot cake lovers unite! This flavour is made with fresh carrots and spices and features a tangy cashew cream cheese ripple and house made carrot cake crumb.

Can you believe this is all available all March long? Find us at the market from 10AM-3PM on Saturday and 10AM-2PM on Sunday!

We've rotated our seasonal cheesecake to 🐮 White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake "White Ruby Velvet"!

After a long hiatus 🐮 Brown Sugar Cinnamon Bun "This Way To The Bun Show" is back! This cult fave unites cinnamon ice cream, handmade brown sugar cinnamon bun bites and buttery brown sugar ripple😮‍💨 And yes it is gluten free!☺️

Our second feature is a lovely fresh 🌱 Grapefruit sorbet aptly named "Bittersweet Symphony". If you're feeling chocolate and holiday cookied out this one is for you!

This goodness is available this weekend and all month long! Our website (julides.ca, link in bio) is refreshed and ready for your perusal and pre-ordering. Don't forget, we deliver locally!
