Hello everyone, we're thrilled to finally share some exciting updates with you! After a period of figuring things out weโ€™ve make the hard decision to move Road Trippers food truck to a new location! After much consideration, we have found it necessary to have the truck closer to us. With the restaurant ๏ฟผbeing so busy it was hard to juggle both where it was. We'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hedy from Kawartha Slice for having us on her property over the years and for her unwavering support since our inception. Your understanding and support mean the world to us, you all will be missed. To our loyal regulars, your support has been instrumental in our journey, and we're grateful for your understanding. We're looking forward to welcoming you to our new home at 55 Angelina St N, in the Giant Tiger parking lot in Lindsay. As we finalize the move, we're aiming to open our doors on June 26. Stay tuned for more updates!

Claudia, owner of Road Trippers Diner, turned a shared passion into a local favourite alongside her husband, Chris.

What started as Chrisโ€™s love for cooking breakfast quickly grew into the idea of opening their own spot, and in April 2024, Road Trippers Diner was born.

Their focus is simple: great food, done right. Every item on the menu has been taste-tested by them, from classic breakfast favourites like eggs benedict and French toast to their award-winning smash-style burgers.

A standout is the Bronco Burger, Claudiaโ€™s personal favourite, made with a juicy smashed beef patty and their house-made sauce. Itโ€™s just one example of their commitment to quality, using real, unprocessed ingredients across the menu.

The diner continues to evolve, with fresh updates to the space and a grand reopening on the way. They also offer catering, big or small, and are always introducing something new, including their popular dill pickle soup, a hit during soup season.
