Well I deleted my last post not because I said too much but because I really didn’t say enough…. It was an absolute pleasure for Laurie and I to run the Coby Chipper in Coboconk for the last 3 years, the locals and tourists alike never ceased to amaze us for the love they showed for our little business… 150 5 star 🌟 reviews and hardly ever a complaint, early in the summer season we were able to purchase another unit that used to be Hunters Dawg House at the Petro Canada just north of Lindsay we branded it the same as Laurie’s other unit in Cavan as 1st Place Fries Lindsay to bring our total up to 4 units including Laurie’s portable that primarily is used for events at the Mosport Kart track …. We were hoping to get a couple more years out of Coby but it wasn’t to be , it seemed that everyday our landlord that I thought we had a good relationship with would come to me with another gripe or another extortion attempt at getting me to pay for things I didn’t want or ask for… in early August he actually wanted to take me out back and settle a leaky hose situation like “men” 🙄 anyway that was the nail in the coffin, when you start getting threatened with physical violence over something as ridiculous as that it’s time to move on…. So once again from the bottom of our hearts 💕 we want to thank the wonderful people of Coboconk and the surrounding area for 3 years of success and hope you’ll all come to visit us at our Lindsay or Cavan locations ❤️❤️🙏🏻 much love!!
