We are honoured to welcome Chef Eunji Lee🇰🇷🇫🇷🇺🇸 and her team from LYSÉE in New York City to our pastry kitchen for a special collaboration weekend as part of our Annual Garden Party.

Chef Eunji’s collaboration is a wonderful opportunity for our team to work alongside the Lysée team. We’re sharing techniques, exchanging inspiration, and harnessing the creative energy that comes from working together. Most importantly, this collaboration supports an incredibly meaningful cause. All proceeds from Chef Eunji’s Lysée Cake and our collaberative featured danish will be donated to Gillian’s Place in support of the RPM Garden Party’s fundraising efforts.

We’re delighted to welcome Chef Eunji Lee🇰🇷🇫🇷🇺🇸 of LYSÉE in New York City for a special collaboration at RPM Bakehouse as part of RPM’s Annual Garden Party this weekend.

This Saturday and Sunday, August 29–30, Eunji will join our pastry team to create two distinct offerings, including her signature Lysée Cake, which features Korean toasted brown rice mousse with caramel, Elliot pecan sablé, and praline. Eunji has also prepared a feature danish filled with almond cream, Palatine peaches, and lemon verbena. Both of Eunji’s features will be available in our pastry case all weekend. All proceeds will be donated to Gillian’s Place alongside RPM’s ongoing fundraising efforts.

Stop by this weekend, enjoy a treat from this special collaboration, and join us in supporting an organization that brings integral care and support to so many in our community.

It’s a stone fruit takeover!

Continuing our monthly fruit focused weekends, this one is everything we could have dreamed of. Peaches, plums, nectarines, and the last of the season’s apricots have taken over our pastry kitchen, making their way into a delicious lineup of Bakehouse staples.

This weekend, we’re serving:

• Blue Plum Danish • Peach Sticky Bun • Peach Choux • Apricot Buttermilk Scone • Yellow Plum Sablé • Peach & Toasted Oat Coffee Cake, available by the slice or as a whole loaf

All of our fruit comes from our neighbours at Bizjak Farms and Palatine Fruit & Roses whose exceptional produce makes weekends like this possible!

Our purveyors are at the heart of everything we do.

Working directly with farmers, both near and far, has always been the best way for us to source the highest quality ingredients while building meaningful relationships with the people behind them.

Choosing to work exclusively with Canadian ingredients comes with its challenges, but it’s a commitment we’re proud to make. We wouldn’t trade the relationships we’ve built over the years, or the opportunity to know exactly who we’re supporting and their sustainable practices.

We are deeply proud to work with our purveyors, and even prouder to celebrate them in our dining room, sharing their incredible hard work and dedication with you through our offerings, the way we know best.
