Hello Lethbridge!

I miss you all! We have just been working our butts off in the last few months, sorry for the silence. We are much closer to the dream of owning and operating our own food business. Not close enough though.

I am doing all I can to bring real food back to you guys. I won’t do it like before, under someone else’s thumb. The next time we will be secure.

Anyways I though you guys might like to see what we’ve been eating here at home, I posted a few pics to whet your appetites!

Hey LETHBRIDGE!

Now that we are a few weeks into the new year it’s time for us to start planning our return.

We are well on our way to being financially capable to continue our restaurant venture. We aren’t there yet so I am thinking of ways to get there besides saving from my existing job, buy/sell hustling, and current investments.

I don’t know if you know this but we are a multi talented family here and my wife/partner Alfia is a fantastic, versatile, and top notch artist. She works with many mediums but I would like to focus on one. Her Paintings.

Please look at the pics posted as she has created and I have sold quite a few of her pieces. She can produce Pop culture, family portraits, animal portraits, caricatures, etc etc etc.

We are very community minded and we love to give back! We always think of those around us and want to help!

Hello All! I hope you are all doing splendidly!

A lot has been happening in the world since we had to pause The Back Room a month ago. Sorry for being so quiet I was just taking the time to properly reflect on what we did and what we want to achieve with our next home.

We’ve had a few interesting offers right away but we decided to take a break for the holidays and maybe for the winter. We are going to look at our options as they present themselves in the near future.

Our next spot will be the Flagship. I want to be there for the next 30 years.

The last 3 months was a invaluable lesson to my wife and I. We now know what it takes to make it happen. We will be well equipped to get the next ship sailing.

Not only that, people dig what we’ve produced this far, using only our imagination and skill. We were humbled by the support and love shown to us.

We want to come back ASAP but will not rush anything. Look, My skills won’t diminish and I will still be able to strum up some business again with my savvy! We need to do it right.

I want to wish you and all of your families an amazing Christmas and Holiday season. As bad as 2020 was for some. It made us so much stronger none the less.

Look... I lost my job for 4 months, got it back. A month later I started a sandwich shop, put in 100 hrs a week at both, three month later had to shut down. Up and down. I am so blessed to have these lessons learned this year and still have a job to go to. We should all look forward to 2021. This will be the year we can build up from the rubble.

Peace and love to all who supported me and my family during these crazy times. I wish the best for all who follow us.

We will be back stronger then ever.

Time for us to decompress and then I’ll write the Summary. This was a very valuable learning experience for me. When we come back it will be something more tangible.

When I can dedicate all of my time to my new venue, work with a full kitchen not just a bread oven and some college dorm room hot plates lol that’s when you will see what I can truly do.
