☕✨ HELLO LEDUC! WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! ✨🍽️

We’re working on something new at Pastry Heaven & Coffee Shop, and before we make it happen, we want your opinion!

🌙 Would you like to see us stay open until 7 PM?

And of course, we wouldn’t just add a couple of extra hours… we’d add a little Pastry Heaven magic to the evening. ❤️

We’re thinking of pairing our extended hours with a small selection of beautiful, chef-crafted dinner dishes — because, as many of you already know, we’re not your regular coffee shop.

The dinner menu won’t be huge. We’d rather keep it small, fresh, creative and done properly. Because for us, it’s never about having 50 things on a menu.

It’s about the experience. 🍽️✨

This beautiful plate has been prepared for today’s special
Which we called Chef Creation Thursday.

“Chicken ala Parisienne” served potato gnocchi, summer salad, mustard sauce and garlic toast.

Here at Pastry Heaven when we call something chef creation that means it has to be special. It has to be made fresh using fresh ingredient.

Chef Creation Thursday is here! 👨‍🍳

Today is Thursday, which means it’s time for our Chef Creation Thursday—a limited-time dish created with care, technique, and plenty of flavour.

This week’s feature is Chicken à la Parisienne, served with soft pillowy gnocchi, a fresh summer green salad, and garlic toast.

You might notice we’re not posting a photo this time. That’s intentional. We want you to experience the excitement of seeing the plate for the very first time when it arrives at your table—and, more importantly, tasting it for yourself.

If you’ve dined with us before, you already know we put our heart into every plate. We’re confident this one is as beautiful as it is delicious.
