All right folks, after numerous requests I’ve added the recipe below 💃🏻
Enjoy 🤤
5 minute prep ROAST LAMB RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
lamb roast
1 head garlic (cloves peeled)
3 Tbsp olive oil
Fresh rosemary (about 3tbsp)
Fresh thyme (about 3 tbsp)
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cayenne/Chili Powder/Paprika to taste (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
▫️Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
▫️Pat lamb dry with paper towels. ▫️Using a sharp knife, score the top side of the lamb by making shallow cuts all over.
▫️In magic bullet/food processor/small bowl, blitz garlic, oil, rosemary, thyme, Dijon, salt & pepper, chili powder.
▫️Place lamb, fat side up in Dutch oven (I used my ).
▫️Spread garlic mixture evenly over the lamb, rubbing in thoroughly into the scored cuts.
▫️Throw some more fresh Rosemary/thyme over top of roast
▫️Place into oven and roast for approx 1.5 hours (until it reaches an internal temperature of 135˚ F for medium), less if you like it rare, more if you like it well done).
▫️It is imperative to let rest 15 minutes before slicing!
This recipe is very forgiving with spices/quantities/measurements.

The MOST IMPORTANT tips:
‼️Pat dry the roast before marinading
‼️You can mix the marinade in a bowl, roughly chopped, in a mixer, ANYWAY you want
‼️TIMING IS IMPORTANT: Do not over bake the roast as it will be dry and tough (medium rare is best, medium if you like it more cooked). Medium well will not be as moist.
