I’m Brenda, the baker, photographer and quick witted "writer" behind Brenda Bakes. I am a self-taught baker with a passion for sweet things. When I was a little thing, I remember taking every opportunity and finding joy helping my Mom bake and I knew it would always be a huge part of my life. I believe that handmade beautiful & delicious baked goods can bring people together and contribute to daily happiness, love, healing, and growth. That is what I want to bring to you every day. Cosmic Brownies filled with chocolate chips, topped with chocolate ganache & rainbow candy coated chips. Makes a 9x13 pan, cut into 24 thick brownies. Look at that inside pic. I found this recipe on Sally's Baking Addiction if you want to make them for yourself or you can order from me of course.
