Not all tuna is created equal. 👉🏻

Haven Poké is made with Haidacore tuna from Organic Ocean, a family-founded BC seafood company that Chef Antonio has worked with for years.

Hook-and-line caught off the BC coast by Captain Lewis aboard the Viking Girl and delivered direct to us through Organic Ocean.

Served over sticky Japanese rice with Ataulfo mango, avocado mayo, crispy fried onions, pea shoots, edible flowers, ginger soy vinaigrette and chili oil.
