Honestly, Fort Langley in the fall is just pure magic. There is something about those crisp mornings and the way the whole village feels like it’s straight out of a storybook that makes autumn there really special.
If you are planning your visit, you have the best setup. Being able to hop to a pumpkin patch in five minutes is a massive perk—whether you are picking out a pumpkin at Alder Acres or Bedford Farms, it is such a classic way to lean into the season. And seriously, do not miss a drive down Glover Road when the leaves start turning; the way that canopy of trees changes is just stunning. It is the perfect backdrop for a fall drive.
The weekends are where it really shines, too. The Farmers Market is still such a must-visit on Saturdays—it is the perfect place to grab local, seasonal treats as things cool down. And you definitely have to time a visit for the Cranberry Festival; the energy there is always fantastic and it is so tied to the local roots.
For a more relaxed vibe, catching Harvest Heritage High Tea at the Little White House is such a lovely treat. It feels super cozy. And if you are looking for something a bit different, that Haunted treacherous High Tea on the 30th and 31st is such a fun, moody way to wrap up the month.
Between hitting the shops to see what the boutiques have for the season and grabbing a warm drink, you really cannot go wrong in Fort Langley.
