Thursdays starting June 5th.

Fridays at the Langford Station starting June 6th

Saturdays at the Goldstream Market on select Saturdays!!!

End of season sale! We're coming to the end of the year where we're selling our ice cream before we close for the season.

We're selling pints of ice cream for $13. We'll be taking orders until supplies last. Langford delivery or pickup weekends only.

Mintylicious (fresh mint ice cream with chocolate Callebaut chunks)

Island Ting (hibiscus infused vanilla ice cream with cinnamon and clove)

Hello Victoria friends, many of you know that I started up my business À la Mode Ice Cream Inc. It's been a great summer and looking forward to doing some fun things for fall and winter.

When I started this business, I had no idea what I got myself into, but there's something about creating food that brings joy to people I find really rewarding!

Tomorrow is the first Caribbean Carnival in Victoria B.C. and I am soo excited to be serving my small batch artisan ice cream with some island flavours!

I'll be serving the following flavours:

1. Island Ting - vanilla ice cream infused with sorrel also known as hibiscus 🌺!

2. Rum and Raisin - no explanations needed. It's all the good flavours of rum without the alcohol 😉.

3. Mango Tango (vegan) - yummy mango 🥭 ice cream made with coconut and cashew cream!.

4. Strawberry Patch 🍓- French Vanilla ice cream made with strawberry rhubarb crumble

5. Almond Chocolate Crunch - Vanilla ice cream mixed with almond brittle and salted chocolate chunks.

6. Salty Dawg - salted caramel ice cream

All my ice cream is made from scratch and made with 💗.

Yep, it's Ice Cream time. It's another beautiful Friday, so why not treat yourself and connect with friends and family eating yummy ice cream! Added bonus, there will be live music!

Did someone say long weekend? Well, come on down to Station Ave tom Aug. 2 and get into the zone with some yummy ice cream!

This week, we're introducing a new flavour, Mintylicious!!! Made with real mint and rich dark chocolate chunks, all natural ingredients, and no artificial colours. Creamy, smooth texture that melts in your mouth.

I'm soo excited to announce that I will be a vendor at I-Fest, Vancouver Island's Caribbean Festival representing my Guyanese roots 🇬🇾.

I'm in the kitchen this week concocting some delicious tropical flavours to take you back to the Caribbean 🌴🥥🌊.
