Over the last decade, Chef David Sharrow has been catering to the Cowichan Valley area. As owner of the popular The Cow Restaurant, he has been at the forefront of the culinary scene in the Cowichan Valley. David has earned an Award & Article in the June 2010 issue of YFM Magazine for his inspiration of using local foods & wines within their menus.

The Cow is getting ready to unleash a month of burgers so gloriously overloaded that napkins are basically going to become a food group.

We’re talking saucy fingers, dripping chins, overflowing toppings and burgers that require a two-handed commitment.

I lost my poor meatball when somebody sneezed.

It rolled off the table and onto the floor,
then my poor meatball rolled right out the door… into somebody’s belly for sure!!!!
