Starting tomorrow, the Garden Bistro is celebrating the release of our 2025 Skin Kissed Pinot Gris with a three-course feature menu, wine pairings included — $79 per person.

Start with a stracciatella salad, then choose between pork cutlet or steelhead salmon, and finish with vanilla cheesecake.

Available during Garden Bistro hours. Come taste the new vintage the way it’s meant to be paired.

West Coast Steelhead Salmon with Summer Green Ragout and Citrus Beurre Blanc

Stracciatella Salad with Creamy Burrata paired with ‘1910’ Canadian Harmony Peaches, Arugula and Truffle Dressing

Vanilla Cheesecake with Oat Crumble and Agatha’s Garden Summer Fruit
