Well I suppose I owe you all an explanation.

The hype was building for us all.

This project will have to wait.

We are expecting to work hard this winter so we can build the trailer we all deserve.

We entered into a contractual deal with a company to build our mobile food wagon. We have schematics drawings and itemized lists of equipment and their capabilities.

It was all a big fat bust.

I need space to create the food art that y’all were to enjoy. If that space or those pieces of equipment are not adequate we would all be disappointed.

So I guess what I’m trying to say is….

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

I will post updates as the come.
