Please note that from Saturday the 20th through Thursday the 25th, we will not be serving sushi due to the chef’s business trip.

However, all of our non-sushi dishes and our Summer Special menu will continue to be available as usual. We look forward to serving you and appreciate your continued support.

Hello, Thank you for loving Sushi J.

To maintain the highest quality and freshness of our ingredients, we have always carefully limited the quantity of ingredients we prepare each day.

This policy will continue going forward.

However, we have received feedback that our ingredients sometimes sell out too quickly. In response, we have decided to increase our daily preparation by approximately 10%.

Even with this increase, some items may still sell out earlier than expected due to demand.

Lastly, Please note that we do not prepare your meal in advance, regardless of how early you place your order.

When you order ahead, we simply reserve the necessary ingredients and prepare your food fresh at the time you plan to enjoy it.

To ensure the best quality and dining experience, we kindly ask that you let us know your preferred meal time as accurately as possible.

For takeaway orders, we prepare your food with your travel time in mind. For the best taste and quality, we recommend enjoying your meal at your destination.

If you would like to eat your takeaway order inside the restaurant after it has been packaged, please feel free to ask our staff for recommendations on how to enjoy it. We will be happy to help you get the best experience from your meal.

Dear valued customers,

We have always worked hard to keep our prices as low as possible by maintaining minimal profit margins. However, after reviewing our financial results over the past year, along with the rising costs of ingredients, transportation, and minimum wage increases, we have determined that maintaining our current prices is no longer sustainable. In fact, we expect to operate at a loss starting this month if no changes are made.

As a result, we have no choice but to increase the prices of certain menu items affected by higher ingredient costs. The price adjustments will range from approximately $0.45 to $2.00, depending on the item.
