After yesterday’s unexpected water shutdown, we’re finally back! 💧✨

Today, Sushi Star is open and running as usual.
Our team is back, our wonderful guests are back, and the restaurant is full of energy again! 🍣❤️

Seeing everyone walk through the doors and hearing the restaurant come alive again makes us truly happy.

Grateful for our team. Grateful for our guests. Grateful for another busy and beautiful day. 🙏

A Saturday we didn’t expect.

No water. No service. A quiet restaurant on what should have been one of our busiest days.

The team has gone home, and it’s just me, a knife, and a pile of cucumbers. 🥒🔪

Nothing else to do… so might as well practice. 😄

Running a restaurant for so many years has taught me one thing:
when the day doesn’t go as planned, keep moving forward.

Today, we practice.
Tomorrow, we come back stronger. 💪🍣
