TORTILLA ITS BEEN AWHILE
Callin all our Tortilla de Patatas fans! Come in to get yours this week. For those that don’t know what Tortilla de Patatas is, its in my opinion, Spain’s national dish. Its a simple potato omelet, potato poached in extra virgin Spanish olive oil & eggs, sometimes with or without onion. Its gluten and dairy free and a great vegetarian option. You cannot go to any bar in Spain and not find one on the counter or on the menu. Its eaten at any time of the day, breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. Come and give it a try or because you love it as much as we do!

Took awhile to source, but we finally have them 😍🙌🏻
Known here as Shish*to Peppers but in Spain “Pimientos de Padron” and as they say, “some are hot, some are not!”
