𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘝𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘥 𝘗𝘢𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘴:

𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿, changes to how we serve brisket will be applied to our menu.

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 2-𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁, 3-𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁, 4-𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 & 5-𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

Instead, it will be offered à-𝗹𝗮-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲, 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳-𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱, with each portion being weighed upon ordering. Alternatively, both weights will be available as meals with sides and cornbread.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗹𝘆.

It was made to best address the rising cost of beef, so the price of brisket can be adjusted accordingly without continually affecting our other menu prices.

Rest assured, your beloved brisket isn't going anywhere. Our knowledgeable staff have been prepared for this transition and will be happy to help you find the ordering option that best suits your specific needs.

Dinner comes with two sides, but these are three of our fan favourites. 😬

Mac and Cheese. Fried Brussels. Dilly Coleslaw.

So if you could only pick two, which two are you choosing? 👀👇

Another generation starts its first day of school. 🚸🎒

For almost 200 years, students in the Waterloo Region have passed The Lanc on their way to school. Looking at these three photos, it’s pretty wild to think about how many people have made that walk over the years.

Cheers to another first day in the history books. 🏫📚
