Last weekend, we took a short farewell trip to Elora for Hyunjung, who is starting a new chapter back in Korea. 🌲✨
To send her off, our former ’Taste of Seoul‘ family gathered from all over—from Texas to Ottawa! Though scattered now, the precious bonds we shared brought us all together once again.
Looking back at how we weathered the storms of COVID together, my heart fills with gratitude. Especially for one dear team member who unexpectedly faced a tough health battle while studying for a new vision after leaving the restaurant—thank you for fighting through it with resilience and joining us with such a bright smile. 🙏✨
Seeing everyone now beautifully building their lives in their own places makes me so incredibly proud. 🤍 It was also so meaningful to wrap up the trip by sharing a meal together at Taste of Seoul Express on our way back. 🥢
To Hyunjung heading back to Korea! 🇰🇷 I’ll always be cheering for your confident, brilliant future. And to my amazing team by my side right now, let’s keep building an even stronger, ever-growing Taste of Seoul. 🔥
