It was a great day. Sushi Monday! I ended up making 53 rolls today including these 3 Chicken Teriyaki & Avocado I made for myself. 🤤

I've got the process of creation down. What I need to improve the most at the moment is my delivery planning and I think I'm going to shift things forward a bit. Pickup window: 4-5pm and that will let me get packed and prepared for deliveries during that hour. There's gotta be a way to chain my google maps routes so that I can queue it up before hand. 🤔

Philadelphia Roll went over well and will be added to the menu. 🙂
