Tiny Home Takeout

Tiny Home Takeout At St. Mary's church, we believe we are all part of one family and deserve the same quality food. Mary's Tiny Home Takeout. Everyone is welcome!

That is why, from our home in downtown Kitchener, we've launched St. Calzone's and Daily Bites will be served from the takeout window of the Tiny Home in front of the church from Tuesday to Saturday from 5 to 630 p.m. Whether you're living on the street, squeezing your grocery budget to pay the bills, or living a middle-class life, Tiny Home Takeout is happy to feed you and your family. We believe that everyone in our downtown community has the right to great food, cooked with care and served with dignity, regardless of economic standing. To make this vision a reality, St Mary's has invested in a full commercial kitchen, hired Chef Amy Cyr, and installed a Tiny Home in front of the church to make the food accessible to all. Donations are welcome, but not expected. If you can afford to contribute when you pick up your dinner, we will have a debit machine in the Tiny Home window. All donations are appreciated and will help us continue to prepare quality food. Whether you can contribute or not, every dinner you have from the St. Mary's Tiny Home Takeout project supports this work - because it means you are sharing a meal with different people from across the city. Donation information can be found on our website at tinyhometakeout.com. Thank you for your support!

JUST… THANK YOU 💙💙

As we wrap up our Hunger No More 2026 posts, there’s really only one thing left to say: thank you.

Thank you to the volunteers, sponsors, partners, vendors, performers, entertainers, businesses and community organizations who helped bring the day to life.

To everyone who donated, bid, voted, dunked Malek or Fr Raph (& those who got dunked too 😂) -- and most importantly, everyone who came -- thank you for showing up.

You brought your families, friends, appetites, generosity and energy, filling 56 Duke Street with food, laughter, music, connection and community.

Hunger No More is about more than one afternoon. It’s about what happens when a community comes together and says, we can do something about hunger, and we can do it together.

We’re so grateful you were part of it.

From all of us at Tiny Home Takeout:

Thank you for helping us Hunger No More. 💙

Until next year. 🥹

THE VOTES WERE WAY TOO CLOSE. 💦😂

So close, in fact, that we decided there was only one fair solution…

GET A SECOND DUNK TANK. 👀

After all the voting, Fr. Raph and Malek both ended up taking the plunge at Hunger No More 2026 -- and let's just say neither one walked away dry. 😂

Fr. Raph took 90 dunks.
Malek took 60 dunks.

A huge thank you to everyone who voted, donated and came out to cheer them on -- and to Fr. Raph and Malek for being such good sports and giving us one of the most entertaining parts of the afternoon!

Two tanks. Two very wet competitors. One unforgettable Dunk Tank Clash. 💦❤️

BEHIND AN EVENT LIKE THIS IS A COMMUNITY THAT GIVES. ❤️

Hunger No More 2026 was filled with food, music, laughter and connection -- but none of it happens without the generosity of those who choose to support Tiny Home Takeout.

To our sponsors and monetary donors: THANK YOU

Your financial support helped make this event possible and helps us continue our work beyond this one afternoon -- providing accessible meals and creating a community where everyone is treated with dignity and care.

We’re especially grateful to our Title Sponsor, Heffner Toyota , and to every organization, business and individual who contributed to Hunger No More.

Your generosity helped create the moments you see here. ❤️

Thank you for investing in our community and helping us Hunger No More.

THE COMMUNITY SHOWED UP. 💙💛

One of the best parts of Hunger No More 2026 was seeing so many local businesses, makers and organizations come together to fill the afternoon with good food, creativity, connection and community.

From the incredible food vendors who kept us well-fed, to the local makers, artisans and community organizations who brought their passion and purpose to the day -- thank you for being part of it.

You shared your food. Your work. Your time. Your stories. And your support for Tiny Home Takeout.

Thank you for showing up for our community and helping make Hunger No More 2026 so special. 💙

HUNGER NO MORE 2026 💙💛

What a day.

The food. The music. The laughter. The magic. The friendly competition. The community.

From the moment people started arriving at 1 PM until the afternoon came to a close, 56 Duke Street was filled with people coming together to enjoy a bite, discover something new, have some fun and support the mission of Tiny Home Takeout. So many incredible people who made the afternoon what it was.

And this is just the beginning of our thank-yous.

Over the next few days, we'll be sharing some of the highlights of the day and the people, businesses and organizations who helped make Hunger No More 2026 possible.

For now, press play and relive a little bit of the day with us. 💙💛
