I’ve been really busy with lots of parties these days. No time to make smaller ones. I’m thinking about making salads this Wednesday (Canada Day 🇨🇦) it would be an early pickup, before noon so we can all enjoy our day off.

It will depend on how many people are interested in me making. Comment yes below if you would be. Depending if I get enough yes votes I may make.

Greek blended veggie soup and one of my favourites 😋. IMO it’s a tastier, healthier version of Vichysoise. It has more vegetables and no cream. I make it with olive oil from my olive trees in Greece

I’m still enjoying having my soups so for my fellow soup lovers l will continue making them while it’s still weather that invites soups. This one freezes well as well.

Good morning! I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend, and for those celebrating Easter, Happy Easter!

I just wanted to let you know that I won’t be making my regular posts every Sunday for the next few weeks. I need to do my spring cleaning, organizing and working on my summer 2026 menu. As I enter my busy season, I don’t usually post regularly for individual portions. It’s sporadic and it’s usually around the time when I’m making for people’s parties, which are usually on weekends. So check on here regularly and also if you ever need a family or party bowl sized salad, feel free to message me. I would be happy to make for you.
