Nous sommes désolé de vous dire que notre four a brisé ce matin, alors nous n’avons pas de pizzas rectangulaire, et nous sommes limités pour les pains. Nous essayer de régler le problème le plus vite possible. Nous aurons des quantités limitées demain et nous espérons être de retour comme normale samedi et dimanche. Merci de votre compréhension.

We are sad to announce that our oven broke this morning and unfortunately have no rectangular pizzas to offer and limited bread. We are trying our best to fix the issues as fast as possible. We Will have limited quantities tomorrow, but with the repairs, hopefully back to normal for Saturday and Sunday. We are so sorry and thank you for your understanding.

She’s one of present-day co-owners of Deli la trattoria (also known as La Tratt), the Italian deli-grocery-pizza operation that's been running out of a strip mall in Kirkland since 2004.

Her father Mario opened it with Enrico Parziale at a time when the area didn't have much in the way of independent food businesses worth talking about.
"There really wasn't anything there," she says. So they built something.
