Fran's first opened her doors over 30 years ago to bring Kingston another top-notch local venue to score delicious home cooked sea-food and take-out fare. As of April 2014, a long-term employee, Maggie Bender, has taken the business into her own hands by kick-starting this already regular fan favorite spot up a notch and adding fresh new items to the menu while still staying true to the popular or
