Introducing our newest shareable, crafted by using the season’s very first sweet corn crop from Salt of the Earth Farm 🌾

This dip brings together charred scallion crema, cotija cheese, a kick of tajĂ­n, vibrant aji verde sauce, and pickled shallot, served with crispy tortilla chips for the perfect table-starter.

Sweet, smoky, a little spicy, and made for sharing. Come dig in while quantities last!

What a night to remember.

The Bank came alive for the Bar Amaro x The Bank Cocktail Club and what an evening it was. Amaro-based cocktails crafted with intention, a themed small plate to complement every sip, and an immersive amaro education that took us all the way back to the cobblestone streets of Italy that inspired it all.

This evening was a labour of love, born from the travels of Chef Cayley and Head Bartender Sarah, and brought to life by every guest who pulled up a seat and stayed a while. Thank you for being part of it.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible team and to every single one of you who came out to sip, learn, and linger.
The next Cocktail Club is coming.
