Mio Gelato Welcome to mio gelato, where dessert is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate! You've got it; we are all about local! So... what's the difference?
(238)

Whenever available, we use local fruit to give our specialty
sorbettos the wonderful depth of flavour that you have
grown to love. A quick tutorial:

Gelato is milk based, so less butterfat than ice cream. It also has
less air, which makes the flavour really pop! Sorbetto is water based, so packed with taste, also great for
those who want to go dairy free. Ice cream has cream in it to give it that rich, velvety flavour. Our popular frozen yogurt is the best tasting around because
the two main ingredients are milk and yogurt. Now you know! Locations

178 Ontario Street, Kingston, Ontario
Hours: Monday - Sunday: 11:00 am - 11:00 pm (hours many vary, dependant on weather).

344 Johnson Street, Kingston, Ontario (Queen's University Campus)
Hours: Monday - Sunday: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (hours may vary, dependant on weather). Feel free to come in earlier if the door is unlocked and one of our friendly staff members would love to help you!

Test Kitchen is done for the season!

We had some much fun with our test kitchen flavours this season! But as King slows down we’ve decided to stop it for the season.

But the real question is- should we bring it back next year?
