Bordeaux Blanc “La Mouette” – Chateau Lestage, Bordeaux, France 2023. A classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, aged with a touch of oak. One of the best whites we discovered all last year — pouring all weekend. 🥂

Etna Rosso “Clo”- Cantine Iuppa, Sicily, Italy 2021. Nerello Mascalese from a family winery on the eastern slopes of Etna, right on the coast. If Pinot Noir or Nebbiolo are your people, you’ll want to give this a taste. 🍷

Come by the wine bar this week to taste two Ontario wines worth lingering over: Broken Stone’s KV Cabernet Franc from Prince Edward County and Fogolar’s Niagara Riesling, a pair of overachievers for our Canada Day aperitivo time. 🥂
