Happy Birthday.
To the guy who always wanted me to be happy, over everything. Who built his business so he would have something to leave me. Who always had the best of intentions. Who helped everyone, even when he had nothing. No one is perfect but this guy was great in so many wonderful ways. The guy who bought me a school bus to convert into a food truck.
The guy who wanted me to work for myself so that I could be home for the holidays. The guy who taught me to bake bread, the best apple pies, maple taffy, chili, clean a fish, frame a house, operate heavy equipment, weld sheet metal, grow seeds, patiently repair things, heal injured animals and build a longer table... He's the guy behind the new brand...
