This was broken down into a more reasonable batch.

You need to mix all of this together and shape into patties - bake and then fry in a shallow pan of oil for that crispy outside

Toggenburgers

½ cup green lentils
½ cup brown rice

2 portabellas (2 cups)
4 oz button mushrooms (2 cups diced)
1 onion (1 cup diced)
2 tablespoons garlic (3 large cloves)
1 celery stalk (1 cup)
¼ cup cooking sherry (red wine works also)
1 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

¼ cup grainy dijon
½ cup sunflower seeds (chopped in food processor)
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 cup couscous

Cook the lentils and rice with 2 cups of water.

Also split in half for a 9x13

Cook book update:

Hey everyone.

The plan is for this still to happen. So sorry. People involved had a move,baby, new job, growing baby, insane work schedules and now one returning to school. It's been wild.

We have some progress. If there are a few computer savvy people here in the Kingston area who would like to help, please send a message and someone will be in touch.

In the mean time maybe I will just release some as is recipes (bulk, not broken down to home size amounts)
