Costa Rican - Pour Over Dripped Coffee Preparation
The brewing process I am going to take you through should take about 3 minutes from start to finish.
Coffee Essentials:
25g of Costa Rica Coffee
Gooseneck Kettle
Coffee Grinder (Whole Bean)
Timer
400g Purified Water (Good Quality Water)
Chorreador
Step 1: Rinse the Sock
Step 2: Grab a favorite Cup
Step 4: Grind and Measure - ideal a medium-fine grind. Place the coffee in the sock.

Step 5: Pour water gradually adding about 20g of water at a time. This should take about 90 seconds.
Step 6: Now, let it drip until finished.
Maintain the Cloth Filter:

Store in water in the fridge for daily use or in a Ziploc bag in the freezer for occasional use.
