Big news and an exciting new chapter for The Everly

We're transforming 171 Wellington into a gourmet food & bottle shop - offering chef-curated grab-and-go meals, heat-and-eat dinners, housemade pastas, and an expanded w**e selection.

The bar area will be open to enjoy aperitivo hour, before you pick up dinner to go. The mezzanine will remain open for group dinners and events.

Over the past seven years, we've poured our hearts into building a restaurant experience we are deeply proud up. We're so grateful for the many dinners, special events, and great nights we've shared with you all in the space.

As a family business, this shift creates a more sustainable model for home life and our future, while allowing us to keep serving the community we love.

At the end of the year, we'll be closing our doors as a traditional dine-in restaurant and in the new year, we will be reopening as The Everly Fine Food & W**e Shop.

We'll be open as usual until the end of December and we look forward to hosting you at our table one last time to celebrate this chapter with us.

Thank you so much for all your love and support over the years, we can't wait to show you what's next!!
