Good evening Royal Fans,

As some of you were aware, we recently sold our location to developers who will begin revitalizing the area this summer.

After countless meals shared, memories made, and friendships formed, we have decided to use this opportunity to step back and take a break from the restaurant business.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your patronage over the last 25 years. We have cherished serving you and being a part of this wonderful community.

We would also like to congratulate Vath and his wife Phin on their well deserved retirement!

Although these doors may close, the flavours and warmth of this little family “hole in the wall” will forever linger in our hearts.

Good evening Royal Fans.

Just a final update. We had a vandalism in the vacant unit upstairs a few weeks ago which caused a flood to our dining room. Luckily, our kitchen wasn’t harmed but we still had to shut down and begin remediation work.

Unfortunately, after assessing the damage, we decided not to continue with reconstruction since the entire building is being demolished this summer.

Therefore, please excuse our appearance as we continue to operate Take-Out & Delivery until our temporary lease expires in May 2024. We will announce our future plans in the coming weeks.

Good evening Royal Fans! Just wanted to post an update as it’s been a week since we’ve closed. They have completed the remediation work and will now begin the repairs. However it looks like we are at least another week away from reopening. Luckily most of the damage was at the front of our restaurant and our kitchen was not harmed. We will continue to keep you posted on our progress and hope to see you soon :)

🚨Attention Royal Fans🚨

Unfortunately we had a pipe burst in the vacant unit above our restaurant which caused significant damage to our dining room. Therefore we will be CLOSED for repairs for an indefinite amount of time. We will keep you posted on when we can reopen and apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
