1.Briket Cristini’s, less bread, easy to share. 2. Bison burger with big fat home cut fries finished in Mitchell Good grass fed beef lard. OMG. And of course, 3. the brisket sami. No rezy req’d for patio guests.

2 customers came into KGS last week and raved about the Farmer’s salad from next door at Justin’s Oven. This is the one with crispy tofu. You can get it with pickerel or chicken. It’s lives up to my expectations. Yum!
