As a way to honour Kelsey Price, her aunts and uncles have asked for a featured drink to be added to the Stella’s menu for today. Made with espresso, house-made brown sugar syrup, oat milk and a dash of cinnamon, this drink really is a cozy favourite. As an ode to her go-to morning coffee, I am honoured to call it Kelsey’s Coffee. Try it hot or iced and take a moment to remember this sweet young lady. A portion of sales from each Kelsey’s Coffee sold today, as well as ALL cash tips, will be donated to the Battle River Community Foundation Legacy Fund for Kelsey Price.

Our hearts are heavy as our community grieves the loss of a beautiful young person whose life touched so many. Their presence, kindness, and impact will be deeply felt, and we know the days ahead may bring many different emotions for friends, family, and community members.

In times of loss, no one should have to carry their grief alone. FFCS will be offering Walk-In Grief Support on Monday, September 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Additional counselling appointments are available Monday through Friday, with in-person, virtual, and telephone options.

All services are provided at no charge. To book an appointment, please call FFCS at 780-385-3976.

Please be gentle with yourselves and with one another. Reach out, check in, sit together, share memories, and give one another space to grieve in whatever way is needed. Our thoughts are with Kelsey’s family, friends, and everyone whose life was made brighter by knowing her. ❤️

Just a li’l psa, please don’t use the patio furniture to tie your dogs up. They’re just from Ikea, and they’re definitely not solid enough to hold your pooch back if they see something interesting! This table and a chair took a bit of a beating today 😅 luckily the dogs are fine.
