the Casa, Spiro led and established his own gourmet restaurants in Santa Barbara, Acapulco, Alaska and Ontario. And now Spiro is waiting for you to taste the authentic flavours of Mexico right here in Georgina

The restaurant is decorated with original art representing a variety of Mexican themes. many of the paintings were created by Spiro's wife and co-owner, Dr. Gail Firestone. There is a sense of pride and sunny ambiance in the newly polished space, right down to the fresh flowers displayed on every table. With sounds and aromas drifting from the kitchen, your taste buds will turn on long before your meal hits the table!
