Spring is in the air and so are changes at the Branding Iron. Karl and Suzanne are returning as your hosts and Brian and I will be moving on to new adventures. We are so grateful for all of our wonderful staff and guests who have made our year here amazing. We learned a lot and had some great times. Have a wonderful spring!

Tomorrow is Super Bowl Sunday and we will have the game on our big screen (and all the other screens too). We will have a few cool appies (shhhh!... it's a secret), drink specials including $4.00 bottled domestic beer, and a burger special for only $15.95 a 5oz bacon cheeseburger that comes with fries and a bottle of domestic beer! What's YOUR game plan?

We are so grateful for all of our wonderful staff and guests. You have seen us through year 1 and made it very memorable for us. The New Year's Eve donations to Search and Rescue & to the local Food Bank were so generous and greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your continued support as we head into 2017 together.
We are currently open 11:00am to 9:00pm daily and closed Mondays. Due to a family matter, we will also be closed Tuesday, January 10, 2017.

Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and we are making a turkey dinner! Please note it will be the only meal available tomorrow night from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. We will be closing at 8:00pm and will not reopen until Tuesday, December 27th at 11:00am.

Our regular dinner menu WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE at all on Christmas Eve. The price for the turkey dinner is $15.95 and will include a coffee or tea.

The Christmas Season is upon us. For some that means firsts - a new relationship, a new place, a new baby can all make the holidays sparkle that much more. For some it is a time to honour Christ. Others find joy in reminiscing about Christmases past, or creating new memories with family and friends. But there are times when the holidays are a time of sorrow or even a great burden. The loss of a loved one, job, or home; an accident; health problems and lack of financial security can seriously dampen someone's Christmas spirit.

Whatever the holiday means to you, Brian and I and all our staff at the Branding Iron wish you an abundance of love, prosperity, good health and happiness!

I can hardly believe it has been almost a year since we started our new adventure at the Branding Iron. It has been a great privilege getting to know our guests and working with our wonderful staff. We are so grateful to Karl and Suzanne, without whose patience, faith, and mentorship this opportunity could not have been realized. We are also extremely grateful for the amazing year-round local support and we look forward to making next year better yet! Thank you all and Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Season's Greetings or Bah Humbug (to each his own...).

Our regular Friday night live entertainment for 2016 has come to an end. It has been FANTASTIC having so many talented local artists perform here over the course of the year. We may surprise you with the occasional gig between now and the end of the year but FOR SURE we have the Wild Organic Humans performing on New Year's Eve! You won't want to miss it!
