Easter weekend has officially started along with our planning for
"Fryday" with the arrival of our fresh haddock!! We have been planning how to ensure everything goes smoothly, including extra training for our staff for the past couple of weeks and our batter tweak has been well received. Our fish fryer is ready for the challenge and our preplanning will make things go stress free and as quickly as possible..... but please remember, its our busiest day of the year for our Haddock and chips and be gentle and nice, as everyone will be working as hard and fast as possible!!
