Thank you to Lorry Alcock, Laura and Darcy for organizing an event to thank Bob for his support of live music in Kenora. Please note that there will be an official Celebration of Life in Kenora. Planning is underway with a potential date in June. Stay tuned for further details.

A celebration of life is being planned. Bob would want you to sing, dance, and remember that it is kindness and human connection (and burgers) that make life worth living. More information to come.

It is with great sadness that I must tell you that Bob passed away last night. His family thanks you for the outpouring of kind words and memories shared. While we process this immense loss take comfort in knowing that every one of you who shared a meal at one of his tables made an impact in his life. Thank you for loving our Uncle Bob.

Hello friends of Bob's Burger Bar and more importantly Bob. Some of you may have heard, many of you may have not. Bob is in ICU at Lake of the Woods hospital. If you wish you can come and visit but please do not call the hospital to see how he is. The nurses are busy caring for him. He has a very bad pneumonia. He can't breathe without a bipap machine and he is quite confused. Come and hold his hand, whisper your words of support and love, then let him rest. Visiting hours are 11-7.
