Our menus are inspired by seasons and focus on sustainability, and the freshest local products our farmers and forests have to offer. Sustainable caviar and locally sourced oysters can be added to our gourmet dinners, enjoyed in the heart of the wilderness.
Did you know that caviar is one of the healthiest gourmet foods that contains a large amount (3.3-4.4 g/100g) of polyunsaturated fats (Omega 3s) which improves cognitive function, reducing risk for mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, and Alzheimer’s. This delicious treat also contains a significant amount of vitamins (A, C, PP, B2, B6 and B12) as well as minerals (Zinc, Iron, Calcium) that are especially important for pregnant women, children and elderly people. We have been serving Acadian Wild Caviar KingofCaviar for more than a decade, which is the only wild harvested caviar in the world. A rare treat!
We also proudly serve Eel Lake oysters DEon Oyster Company nurtured by the brackish, tidal waters of Eel Lake, a sheltered environment boasting a slightly lower salinity than the ocean. Oysters are a nutrient-rich powerhouse and often considered a superfood for the body. They are excellent for cognitive function, the immune system and even boosting mood. Their oysters are just 25 mins away from our Lodge and fresh as can be!
