The buffet features an extensive array of offerings, beginning with an impressive Eggs Benedict Station, allowing for a choice of peameal bacon, smoked Atlantic salmon, or Florentine preparation, served with lemon hollandaise. The breakfast menu is further complemented by Applewood Smoked Bacon, Country Sausage, Farm-fresh Scrambled Eggs, Vegan Tofu Scramble, Herb-roasted Home fries, and Maple Baked Beans. Guests may also enjoy Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes drizzled with Kemptville Campus Maple Syrup, alongside a selection of Freshly baked Butter Pastries and Croissants.

The culinary experience extends beyond breakfast with a Slow Roast Beef Carving Station, accompanied by demiglace, horseradish, and mustard. Additional savory selections include Atlantic Salmon and a pasta selection featuring Manicotti and Mac & Cheese. A fresh selection of Salads and Crudite is available, along with the Chef’s Soup Du Jour. Concluding the savory offerings are a Cheese Board and canapé tea sandwiches.
