Easter is just around the corner! I've made these Easter Egg cupcakes a few times over the years and they're always a big hit! With Covid taking a bite of out of family gatherings this year, how are you planning to spend the Easter holiday?

Christmas may look a little (okay, a LOT!) different this year, but traditions like baking cute little cookies with my daughters are carrying on as per usual! These are reindeer sugar cookies made with royal icing and M&M's for Rudolph's nose! Thanks as always to Matt Ferguson Photography for the pictures!

Had so much fun making this pineapple themed birthday cake to celebrate my daughter's teacher! The inside is a white confetti cake with bright pink buttercream icing. The outside is white chocolate hand shaped 'scales' and leaves.

After 1.5 years on the waitlist, my time has finally come to have my pesky gall bladder removed! Unfortunately that means no heavy lifting or standing for extended periods of time (which puts baking out of the question!) while I recover.
