Some traditions are just too good to miss. ❤️🇨🇦. Every Canada Day, our friend Enrique and his family celebrate with us at Sunny's. It's become one of those traditions we all look forward to each year.

Truth be told, Enrique has always been part of the Sunny's family. In fact, we like him so much, we named a breakfast dish after him. The El Presidente!

The El Presidente isn't just a meal, it's a little bit of Enrique on a plate.
🌶️ Chicken chorizo for his spicy personality.
🥑 Guacamole because he's as smooth as they come.
🌮 Warm flour tortillas for his warm heart.
🥚 Two poached eggs because every great breakfast needs a solid foundation.
🌶️ Mexican black bean chili, salsa, and sour cream to bring it all together, just like Enrique always brings people together with a smile and one of his legendary jokes.

🏈 We may not be game-day ready to catch a football... but we're definitely ready to feed the fans.

If a pass lands on our patio, there's a good chance everyone in the diner will keep eating instead of making the catch. 😄 Luckily, our kitchen never misses.

Our Father's Day arts & crafts project is complete. 🎨👔

The neckties are hanging, the coffee is brewing, and we're ready to celebrate all the dads, grandpas, stepdads, father figures, and breakfast-loving legends out there.

Join us today for Father's Day brunch and try our feature Big Dog Dad Benny, loaded with Illichmann's smoked roast beef, two poached eggs, hollandaise, toasted garlic bread, crispy nugget potatoes, mustard, and herb aioli.
