Responsibilities and Duties: Provide exceptional guest experiences for all our patrons one drink at a time! Craft tea beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers Operate the Point of Sales (POS) and safely handle cash Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room Adhere to all the cleaning protocols for all operations in store Requirements: Excellent communication skills Outgoing personality that is focused on our guests and customer service Willingness to learn Positive team player Flexible schedule Able to work at least 3 shifts per week Ability to work standing, occasionally lift up to 10 kgs. and carry items as required At least 1 year of proven successful retail, customer service, and/or hospitality experience will be an asset, but not a requirement
