Darlings, it’s official: our patio is open! We’re still in peak summer, Kelowna, so that means there’s plenty of time to join us outside for APERO HOUR BETWEEN 4 and 5 everyday, and DINNER from 5 onwards. Italy doesn’t really do multi-vintage blending for still w**es. It’s more of a Ch*****ne thing. A Sherry technique. But here we have “Hey French” - a garganega-dominant white where you’re tasting a site across time. It’s on the list now… but for how long?
