From a humble start to culinary mastery—an elite Japanese chef hidden in plain sight!
I first visited SOY Asian Fusion about ten years ago. Back then, it felt like a very cozy, minimalist spot run by a few young girls at the front, with a fairly limited menu. Returning recently, I am absolutely blown away by their incredible evolution. This restaurant has transformed into an absolute powerhouse of flavor and quality, and it is all thanks to the elite culinary pedigree steering the kitchen.
