In the past few days, we celebrated the birthdays of our Chef Marlon and Chef Trisha. Both of them play a huge role at Jeepney Republiq.

Chef Marlon doesn't just cook; he also innovates and upgrades simple Filipino dishes into something that reminds you of back home in the Philippines. And when Chef Marlon is on his day off, Chef Trisha steps in.

The Jeepney staff call Chef Trisha the "Tagapagmana" of Jeepney Republiq. They see her as just like her dad. When her dad is in the kitchen, the food that comes out is no different from when Chef Trisha makes it.

To all our Valued Customers,
We thank you for visiting us over this summer. It has been such a pleasure serving you, sharing our food with you, and being part of your meals and special moments.

We are truly grateful to everyone who stopped by, tried our food, and supported our little business. Your kind words, smiles, and continued support mean so much to us.

We also took a little break ourselves and had the chance to visit beautiful Victoria, BC! It was a wonderful opportunity for us to rest, recharge, and come back with fresh ideas and renewed energy.

And speaking of fresh ideas… we have some exciting news coming in the future about our breakfast! We can’t wait to share more with you, so stay tuned!
