we have new benny bowl special for the Father’s Day crowd this weekend: a Louisiana-style pork brined, marinaded, braised and then finished in a white gravy, this pork is silken deliciousness resting on crispy roasted garlic potatoes, blistered cherry tomatoes, + lemony seared zucchini, and topped with two poached eggs, béarnaise sauce, chives, and crispy onions.
