These new menu items are inspired by the flavours and comfort food we grew up with back home. We’re excited to bring a little more of our hometown to Kanata Centrum.

You probably didn’t know Pho K Fusion made cocktails 👀

Most people in Kanata Centrum know Pho K Fusion for our comfort food favourites, but we also got a few special in-house cocktails inspired by the different flavours on our menu.

Our Saigon Sour is made with wh**ky, lemon juice, and egg white, giving it that smooth, silky finish with a light citrus kick.

It’s simple, balanced, and one of those drinks that pairs so nicely with our main dishes.
