Here is a health elixir that our family has been drinking everyday - beets, ginger, turmeric, cilantro and mint from our garden. Put in a blender and strain to drink - you don't need measurements, just blend and strain through a thin cloth. It's kept us healthy and strong, fighting off viruses and germs.
